Grass is greener for Henri
Former Arsenal youngster Henri Lansbury has retired from football aged 32.
The midfielder made eight appearances for the Gunners after coming through the club’s academy and was most recently with Luton but got released this summer.
Now, though, he has called time on his football – but will remain a key figure on the pitch.
Lansbury owns a grass fertiliser company called Grass Gains, and he has worked on the turf at Fulham and Genk.
He is now set to join Monaco to work on the French side’s pitch, while Grass Gains’ ‘Lawn Bulk’ fertiliser has received glowing reviews from the likes of Micah Richards, Luton star Tom Lockyer and former Wales international James Chester.
